Description

BCS-5521: This service is for the first time installation and replacement/repair of water meters 2” or larger in the Borough of Staten Island. The work is performed by people working under a licensed plumber qualified to perform both first time meter installations as well as the repair/replacement of large meters in quantity. This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx") is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort.
