The Vendor has been selected by M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method (“NCSP”), pursuant to Section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
A draft copy of the Purchase Order/Contract will be available for public inspection from February 20, 2024 through February 29, 2024, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, between the hours of 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM at the Office of the Mayor, 100 Gold Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10038. Anyone who wishes to speak at this public hearing should request to do so in writing. The written request must be received by the Agency within five (5) business days after publication of this notice.
