Description

This Competitive Sealed Bid is released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx must be submitted via PASSPort. To access the RFx, vendors should visit the PASSPort public Portal at https://www1.nyc.gov/site/mocs/systems/about-go-to-passport.page. Click on the “Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort” blue box. Doing so will take one to the public portal of all procurements in the PASSPort system.

To quickly locate the RFx, insert the EPIN: 84124B0005, into the Keyword search field. The project site is in Manhattan AND on Staten Island. The mandatory site visit will require bidders to be escorted to both sites. Following the pre-bid meeting, bidders will be shown the Manhattan site and then will travel by ferryboat to view the Staten Island site. Besides this being a mandatory site visit, both locations are in secure areas so visitors cannot visit the sites on their own in any case.
