Description

The Department of Citywide Administration Services is seeking a qualified vendor to perform Solar Photovoltaic (PV) and BESS System Inspection and Maintenance Services on an as-needed basis on systems located on city-owned properties across the five boroughs. The work will consist primarily of system inspection, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, testing/troubleshooting, and replacements of existing system components. Term: 3 years + 3 year renewal + 1 year time extension. This procurement is to be solicited via the Competitive Sealed Bid (CSB) method. The contract is to be structured as a Requirements Contract. The estimated amount of the contract is One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,800,000.00). OCP Agency 856 will have bid openings virtually via Zoom and in person.
