Vendor will provide continued access to the Meridian Learning Management System (LMS) deployed in Meridian’s cloud environment and is adding additional sub-domains. In order to complete the deployment of the new sub-domain needs support to separate the database information for each domain, configure the Production instance of the new public facing domain (customized home page, upload courses and apply containers, share content with subdomains, etc.), add a new URL as a sub-domain to the public facing domain for Accela integration and update the food protection SCORM courses. Vendor will maintain agency Healthnet, which is crucial to DOHMH for agency wide required staff trainings and compliance. Health Academy, BEI and other services will be provided to external users in collaboration with DOHMH initiatives.
