NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Award Public Hearing will be held by the Department of City Planning on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, commencing at 10:00 AM on the following item:

IN THE MATTER OF the proposed renewal contract between the Department of City Planning and the contractor listed below to provide HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repair.  The term of the contract shall be from October 5, 2023 to October 4, 2024 and contains a one year option to renew.

Contractor: Donnelly Mechanical Corp.

Amount: $99,000.00

The proposed contract has been selected by means of Negotiated Acquisition, pursuant to Section 3-04 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

Summary drafts of the contract scope, specifications, and terms and conditions will be available for public inspection at the Department of City Planning, 120 Broadway, 31st FL, New York, NY 10271, from February 05, 2024 to February 20, 2024 by contacting Maleenee Kaisaram, dcpbids@planning.nyc.gov. 

Anyone who wishes to speak at this public hearing should do so in writing.
