NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor will be entering into the following extension(s) of (a) contract(s) not included in the FY 2024 Annual Contracting Plan and Schedule that is published pursuant to New York City Charter § 312(a):

Description of Services to be Provided: Install and maintain equipment necessary to provide Personal Emergency Response Systems (“PERS”) for End Domestic and Gender-Based Violence (ENDGBV)’s Home + Program. PERS entails the provision and maintenance of electronic communication equipment in the home of participants which signals an emergency response center for assistance and intervention when activated by the participants. It includes the continuous monitoring of such signals by a trained operator.
