Description

BERS’ Learning and Development Unit (“L&D”) is seeking Leadership Development Training for the Agency’s Leadership Development program. The Leadership Development Training should enhance the leadership capabilities of BERS’ leader bench, fostering a culture of effective decision-making, strategic thinking, and impactful communication. The program should develop and empower leaders at various levels to drive positive change, improve team performance, and align with BERS’ mission and goals
