Description

The continuation of this contract is necessary to keep providing DEP with services for the data-driven outreach and assistance program (Program) to accelerate the uptake of energy efficiency, water quality conservation, and clean energy projects and increase the number of high-performance buildings within NYC. The Program reduces greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from privately owned buildings to help place NYC on a pathway to reduce citywide GHG emissions by 80% from a 2005 baseline by 2050 (80 x 50). Neither DEP or MOS have the in-house capability to manage a program of this type and scale.
