As part of the Medical Interpretation Services Request for Proposals, NYC Health + Hospitals is seeking proposals for four scopes of service. Scope of Service 1 includes Over-the-Phone Interpretation Services (OPI) and Video-Remote Interpretation services (VRI). Scope of Service 2 includes On-Site Interpretation Services (OSI) for spoken languages. Scope of Service 3 includes On-Site Interpretation Services (OSI) for sign languages. Scope of Service 4 includes Language and Interpreter Skills, Trainings and Assessments for multilingual staff in healthcare settings. The number of vendors selected for each of the four Scopes of Services will be dependent on the quality of proposals received. The Organization does not guarantee any minimum services to any one contractor within a Scope of Service nor does the Organization guarantee any number of contract awards.
