The Work under this Contract is to provide all necessary labor, parts, materials, and equipment for the maintenance, service, and repair of approximately nineteen (19) elevators. All Elevators located at various Wastewater Resource Recovery Facilities(“WRRFs”) and associated New York City Department of Environmental Protection (“DEP”) North Region facilities for the term of the Contract. This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort.
