Notice of Intent to Extend Contract(s) Not Included in FY24 Annual Contracting Plan and Schedule

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor will be entering into the following extension(s) of (a) contract(s) not included in the FY 2024 Annual Contracting Plan and Schedule that is published pursuant to New York City Charter § 312(a):

 

Agency New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene

Vendor: HLN Consulting, LLC

Description of Services to be Provided: Vendor will provide hourly services (deliverable hours plus hourly services) during the term of this project, for services, including technical support, computer consulting, programming, systems integration, and training related to the Citywide Immunization Registry (CIR) and Master Child Index (MCI).  These services are required for any additional software solutions, as needed, such as: computer consulting services for hardware, software and database maintenance; technical support including application support, end user support, server support, CIR Online Registry support, WFR support, monitoring of system availability, system security support, disaster prevention and recovery support, and documentation; computer consulting; training of DOHMH staff; and programming of additional software solutions as needed
