NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held at the Department of Environmental Protection Offices, 59-17 Junction Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11373 on January 18, 2024, commencing at 10:00 A.M. on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Hazen and Sawyer, DPC, 498 Seventh Avenue, New York, NY 10018 for NR-129 DES: Preliminary Design, Design and Design Services During Construction for the Replacement of the Main Sewage Pumps, Main Sewage Pump Discharge Piping, and Influent Bar Screens at North River Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility.  The Contract term shall be 3470 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $25,927,938.00—Location: Borough of Manhattan; EPIN: 82623P0039001.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Delve Underground Engineering, PLLC, 16W 46th Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10036 for CAT-427 DES: Preliminary Design, Design and Design Services During Construction for the Poor Farm Arch Phase 2 Stabilization.  The Contract term shall be 2920 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $11,256,122.57—Location: NYC Watershed Region; EPIN: 82623P0040001.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Henningson Durham & Richardson Architecture and Engineering, 500 Seventh Avenue, 15th Floor, New York, NY, 10018 for BWS-ONCALL (CAT-534): On Call Design Services for the Reconstruction of Water Supply Facilities.  The Contract term shall be 2890 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $6,000,000.00 —Location: NYC Watershed Region; EPIN: 82624P0001001.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Hazen and Sawyer, D.P.C., 498 Seventh Avenue, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10018 for PS-SI-CM: Construction Management Services for the Upgrade of the Messereau Ave., Richmond Ave., and Mayflower Ave. Pumping Stations.  The Contract term shall be 1459 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $12,656,344.50—Location: Borough of Staten Island; EPIN: 82623P0047001.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Gannett Fleming/Hazen and Sawyer, P.C., Joint Venture, 498 Seventh Avenue, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10018 for NR-111 CM: Construction Management Services for the North River Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) Primary Settling System Rehabilitation and Improvement.  The Contract term shall be 2496 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $19,568,379.39—Location: Borough of Manhattan; EPIN: 82623P0044001.

These contracts were selected as a Competitive Sealed Proposal pursuant to Section 3-03 of the PPB Rules.
