IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Homeless Services of the City of New York and Help Social Service Corporation, located at 115 East 13th Street, New York, NY 10003, for the provision of Shelter Facilities for Homeless Single Adults, at 23 West 106th Street, New York, NY 10025. The contract term shall be from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2029 with one four-year renewal option from July 1, 2029 to June 30, 2033. The contract amount will be $63,487,200.00. CB 7, Manhattan. The proposed contractor has been selected by Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, pursuant to Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
