Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call.  Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, ACCESS CODE: 715 951 139.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Homeless Services of the City of New York and Help Social Service Corporation, located at 115 East 13th Street, New York, NY 10003, for the provision of Shelter Facilities for Homeless Single Adults, at 23 West 106th Street, New York, NY 10025. The contract term shall be from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2029 with one four-year renewal option from July 1, 2029 to June 30, 2033. The contract amount will be $63,487,200.00.  CB 7, Manhattan.  E-PIN #: 07122P0012004.
 

The proposed contractor has been selected by Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, pursuant to Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

 

A draft copy of the proposed contract is available for public inspection at the Human Resources Administration of the City of New York, Office of Contracts, 150 Greenwich Street, 37th Floor, New York, NY 10007, on business days, from December 29, 2023 to January 11, 2024, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.  If you need to schedule an inspection appointment and/or need additional information, please call (929) 221-7305 or 6353.
