NYC Economic Development Corporation (NYC EDC) on behalf of the New York City Department of Small Business Services (SBS) awarded a Sole Source interim Concession Agreement, pursuant to Section 1-16 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, to FirstFlight Heliports LLC DBA Saker Aviation Services, whose address is 20 South Street, Pier 6 East River, New York, NY 10004, for the Operation of the Downtown Manhattan Heliport. The interim agreement will provide for a one (1) six-month term beginning on the date set forth in a written notice to proceed from NYC EDC and continue for six months with two (2) six-month options to renew at the discretion of SBS. For the Term, FirstFlight Heliports LLC DBA Saker Aviation Services shall pay (i) a minimum term fee of $1,036,811 in the Initial Term (and $518,406 in each Renewal Term) or (ii) Thirty percent (30%) of Gross Receipts per Term.
