Description
NYC Health + Hospitals seeks Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from qualified proposers interested in performing DB services: design, construction, quality control, construction inspection, cost and schedule management and other required services identified for the success of the Project. NYS Health + Hospitals seeks the most highly qualified Proposers who are prepared in all respects to undertake the complete design and construction of the Project. Minimum qualifications are set forth in section V. Minimum Criteria for Participation. SOQs will only be evaluated for Proposers that can provide all required services for the Project.
