Project Description The City of New York (the “City”), through its Department of Housing Preservation and Development (“HPD”) Division of Tenant Resources (DTR) unit administers rental subsidies, including Section 8, Shelter Plus Care, and Moderate Rehabilitation. Created by the Housing and Community Development Act of 1978, the Housing Choice Voucher program, also known as Section 8, provides assistance to eligible low- and moderate-income families to rent housing in the private market, and forms the majority of assistance. HPD is seeking resources to implement enhancements and routine tasks required for HQS inspections administration. Required Services HPD has a need for experienced full stack developers. This contractor shall ensure each phase of software development life cycle is delivered with quality outputs in accordance with the following deliverables required for above-described project.
