NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor will be entering into the following extension(s) of (a) contract(s) not included in the FY 2024 Annual Contracting Plan and Schedule that is published pursuant to New York City Charter § 312(a): 

 

Agency: New York City Department of Transportation

Vendor: Permadur Industries

Description of Services to be Provided: The servicing, maintenance and repair of the security barriers and gates accessing the New York Stock Exchange in Downtown Manhattan.

Anticipated Procurement Method: Amendment

Anticipated New Start Date:  04/05/2024

Anticipated New End Date: 04/04/2025

Anticipated Modifications to Scope: None

Reason for Renewal/Extension: It is necessary to extend the current contract for up to 12 months to provide continuity of service until a new solicitation can be released, awarded and registered.
