This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy (PBB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,000,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals, and extensions. The City of New York Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) is soliciting from Minority and/or Women-owned Enterprises (“M/WBE Vendors”) who are authorized re-sellers of NETAPP warranties for renewal that’s needed for the agency. The term of the contract awarded from the RFQ will cover from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.
