Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call. Call-In #646-893-7101, Code: 2512839 on November 30th, 2023, at 10AM.

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Bronx District Attorney’s Office and Cobwebs America Inc. for the provisioning of an investigation platform tool.  The Contract term shall be from December 22nd, 2023, through December 21st, 2024.  The Contract amount shall be $119,000.00—Location: Borough of the Bronx: PIN: 90224S8003KXL

This contract was selected as a Sole Source agreement, pursuant to Section 3-05 of the PPB Rules.

Pursuant to Section 2-11(c)(3) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, if BXDA does not receive, by November 25th, 2023, from any individual a written request to speak at this hearing, then BXDA need not conduct this hearing for this contract.
