Description

NYC Health + Hospital’s Community Care CHHA division, is seeking to expand the pool of contracted LHCSAs in order to ensure timely placement of home health aide services for the patients admitted to the Certified Home Health Agency (“CHHA”). As many LHCSAs are experiencing staffing challenges, expanding the pool of contracted vendors will enable the CHHA to meet the diverse clinical, cultural and language needs of our patient population. The selected homecare service vendor(s) must ensure that staff have the competence and training to perform all required duties and will collaborate with the CHHA to ensure that each patient receives the appropriate level and type of care tailored to their specific needs.
