The City of New York Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) is soliciting Minority and/or Women-owned Enterprises (“M/WBE”) Vendors who can provide non- requirement contract HEPA filters. This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1 Million, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals, and extensions.  

The award was made to the vendor offering the lowest aggregate price for the 24 months coverage of non-NYC RC Northland HEPA Filters on an as needed basis for the item (s) indicated in this solicitation.
