For the agency to evaluate the services and solution provided, it is in the City's interest to evaluate the proposer's quality of experience, demonstrated organizational capability and proposed approach and determine that the offered price is fair and reasonable.
The New York City Department of Transportation seeks an appropriately qualified vendor to provide data project management services to support shared mobility and other programs overseen by the Agency within the public right-of-way in New York City (the “Data Project Management Services”). Such Data Project Management Services shall include a web-based interface with dashboards to track Agency owned or licensed assets and programs including measuring Agency defined Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators. This Request for Proposals (RFP)/RFx is released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFP/RFx must be submitted via PASSPort. To access the RFP/RFx, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal. To reach the Public Portal, visit the following site: https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.page then click on the rectangle captioned “Procurement Navigator,” whereupon you will arrive at the Portal. To quickly locate the RFP/RFx, insert the following EPIN, 84123P0014, into the Keyword search field, then click search. In order to respond to the RFP/RFx, vendors must create an account within the PASSPort system if they have not already done so. A pre-proposal conference via Microsoft TEAMS is scheduled for 11/8/23 at 11:00 am. Those wishing to attend must request the Microsoft TEAMS link by no later than 5:00 pm on 11/7/23 via email from the Authorized Agency Contact. The deadline for the submission of questions is 11/10/23 by 5:00 pm. The proposal due date (submission via PASSPort) is 11/29/23 by 2:00 pm. This procurement is subject to participation goals for Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) as required by Section 6-129 of the New York Administrative Code.
