Janitorial Cleaning Services at Hawthorne and Kingston. Under this preferred source agreement, the Contractor shall provide the necessary services, labor, materials, supplies and equipment to provide DEP with cleaning services (Work) at the specified locations, listed in Section A-1.4, on an as-needed basis. The three (3) types of cleaning services required under this Contract are as follows: a. Routine Cleaning Services - This type of cleaning involves the General Cleaning of office and common spaces, collection of trash, etc. as indicted in Section B-1.3(1) and in Appendix B. b. Laboratory Cleaning Services - This type of cleaning involves General Cleaning of floors, sinks and collection of trash as indicated in this section and detailed in Appendix B. c. Periodic Cleaning services - This is various cleanings performed monthly, quarterly, semiannually and annually as indicated in Appendix B.
