Description

New York City Health + Hospitals is soliciting proposals from third party administrators to assist in the management of the claims and suits filed against it. The foundation of the claims management program is the timely investigation and development of defense and disposition strategies, as early as possible in the litigation process. The efficient resolution of a claim in the most cost-effective manner possible is the goal of this program.
