Description

This contract procurement will provide planning and engineering services to support the mandated Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Program and required deliverables such as implementing a post construction compliance monitoring program, waterbody reclassifications and use attainability analysis, and supporting PlaNYC goals to develop a long-term plan to further reduce CSO and attain applicable water quality standards with the ultimate goal of eliminating CSOs by CY2060. This Request for Proposal (“RFx) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort. To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.pageand click on the “Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort” blue box.
