Description
The current contract expired on July 31, 2022, and DVS would like to ensure the continuation of these pertinent services for HRA clients. The proposed Contract Amount is set at $200,000.00 based on program analysis of needs in the event of a major storm, electric outage, or other emergency in the Bronx. This second Negotiated Acquisition Extension is necessary to maintain on call services while the new Request for Proposals is finalized and selected, which has been further delayed by changes in Agency personnel. Procurement and award is in accordance with Section 3-01(d)(2)(vii) for the reasons set forth herein.
