The proposed services shall include but shall not be limited to the following: management of investment assets, custodial services, portfolio analysis, research, benchmarking, reporting, and disbursements.
NYCEDC, through NYCEDC LLC, intends to invest approximately $40 million pursuant to an agreement with a professional investment manager (the “Investment Manager”) for such services for the purpose of generating the funding to support the operations of the Seaport Museum New York (the “Museum”) in furtherance of its mission to provide educational, cultural, and preservation programs supporting the preservation and interpretation of the origins and growth of New York City as a world port.
NYCEDC plans to select an Investment Manager on the basis of factors stated in the RFP, which include, but are not limited to: appropriateness and quality of prior experience, overall expertise and organizational strength, proposed expense ratios and other fees and/or charges, the quality of the proposal and the degree to which it demonstrates the full understanding of, and the ability to perform, the tasks described in the RFP.
