The Administration for Children’s Services (“ACS”) seeks a contractor to provide Building Management Services for the Nicholas Scopetta Children's Center at 492 First Avenue. Building Management includes all services related to the service and maintenance of the building's physical conditions. This Competitive Sealed Bid will be solicited to the entire Citywide Bidders List.
