NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call.  Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, ACCESS CODE: 715 951 139.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a Purchase Order/Contract between the New York City Board of Elections and SHI International Corp., located at 290 Davidson Avenue, Somerset, NJ 08873, to provide an advanced monitoring and observability platform incorporated into the Board’s operation to elevate its IT infrastructure, monitoring and log aggregation processes, Citywide. The amount of this Purchase Order/Contract is $356,274.19. The term shall be from November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2026.  PIN #: 003202323. 

 

The Vendor has been selected by M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method (“NCSP”), pursuant to Section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
 

A draft copy of the Purchase Order/Contract will be available for public inspection at the Office of The board of Elections in The City of New York, 32 Broadway, 7th Fl., New York, NY 10004, from October 2, 2023 to October 12, 2023, excluding weekends and Holidays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the New York City Board of Elections and Venus Media, LLC, 430 West 14th Street, New York, NY 10014, for the purpose of preparing and placing legal Election Day notices required by New York State Election Law in newspapers in five languages, Citywide.  The amount of this contract is $1,100,000.00. The contract term will be from June 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.  E-PIN #: 003202324.

 

This contractor was selected by Negotiated Acquisition Method, pursuant to section 3-04 (b)(2)(ii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
