Pursuant to Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, ACS intends to extend the subject contract for one (1) year via the negotiated acquisition extension procurement method. Extending this contract
for an additional year will prevent a disruption of these critical & mandated services while ACS completes the RFP process. RFP is anticipated to be released by Fall 2023.
