Description

This is a Sole Source Agreement with  Itineris for ITI Maintenance and Support; Expanded Support for the Agency's Customer Information System (CIS) which manages nearly $4 billion a year in annual revenue for DEP.  Itineris’ UMAX (CIS) solution is a proprietary system that must be licensed and cannot be maintained or upgraded by third party vendors. Itineris has exclusive rights and access to the source code of the application. Thus, only Itineris can provide services such as fixing bugs in UMAX’s proprietary code and issuing patches and updates to improve functionality and security. The total contract amount of is $29,453,314.00
