Description

The Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation (“BBP”) is seeking an experienced contractor to perform acoustic renovations to the men’s and women’s public restrooms located inside the BBP-owned condominium unit located on the ground floor of the residential condominium known as “Pierhouse”, at 130 Furman Street, Unit S-166, Brooklyn, NY 11201. Specific materials to be acquired by the selected contractor and incorporated into the work will be described in the Request for Proposals; please note that substitutions are not permitted.
