This is a public facing application helping New York City's citizens with affordable housing. All production support issues are a much bigger risk as HPD is not adequately staffed and will hot have vendor support unit a new contract is in place. It is essential that the Housing Connect system does not become impaired. because if such an event occurred there would be significant wide ranging negative effects to both the system users and HPD.
Description

The Department of Housing Preservation and Develop is seeking to procure software development services for the Housing Connect 2.0 system to develop, maintain, customize, configure, test, and support new features and functionality in Housing Connect 2.0, while resolving bugs, upgrading infrastructure, and ensuring adherence to City security policies and standards from PRUTECH SOLUTIONS, INC via a Negotiated Acquisition.
