Description

The Comptroller of the City of New York (the “Comptroller” or “Comptroller’s Office”) is seeking proposals from one or more appropriately qualified banks and other entities, with proven capabilities to provide services in one or more of the following four categories of services: Master Custody Banking Services; Institutional Securities Lending Services; Foreign Exchange Services and Alternative Investment Administration Services.

Consistent with the policies expressed by the City of New York, participation by City-certified minority-owned and women-owned businesses or partnership arrangements with minority-owned and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged. Additionally, participation by small and New York City-based businesses are encouraged.

This RFP, which fully describes the minimum qualifications, scope of work and proposal submission requirements will be available for download from the Comptroller’s website at www.comptroller.nyc.gov on September 1, 2023.

Proposals are due by November 3, 2023, by 5:00 P.M. (EDT).
