Construction Management Services for the Owls Head Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) Chlorination System Optimization. This Request for Proposal (“RFx) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort.
