The Fire Department of the City of New York is releasing a Request for Information (RFI) in the interest of promoting competition and in obtaining information on the creation and implementation of a comprehensive leadership development course for FDNY’s supervisory personnel. The FDNY is seeking a vendor to collaborate with our professional development group to build a curriculum with a method of administration and support a train the trainer model within the FDNY for the continuity of the Program. Any inquiries concerning this RFI shall be submitted through the Discussion Forum in PASSPort. The deadline for submission of inquiries is ten (10) business days prior to the proposal due date. FDNY will subsequently provide written answers to questions received via an addendum released through PASSPort. The issuance of this RFI and the submission of a proposal to the FDNY does not obligate the FDNY or City of New York in any way. No contract or payment will result from this RFI, nor will any responding vendor be given any kind of advantage in any future procurement that should result from the information provided by the vendor.
