Description

New York City Health + Hospitals invites licensed and insured vendors to propose on a contract for Automotive Preventative Maintenance/Repair Services and Towing Services for its vehicle fleet. The successful proposer shall provide the NYC Health + Hospitals with preventative maintenance service and other necessary automotive service (parts and labor) and towing services as identified herein. All preventative maintenance and repair service shall be maintained as part of the vendors’ normal day-to-day operation and must be in accordance with the herein stipulated terms, conditions and specifications. New York City Health + Hospitals reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vehicles covered by any resulting contractual agreement. The quantities contained in this RFP are estimates based upon previous usage experience. New York City Health + Hospitals will not be committed to purchase any minimum quantity nor will it be limited to any maximum quantity from the vendor(s) selected. New York City Health + Hospitals will purchase only those quantities necessary to meet New York City Health + Hospitals needs during the term of the resulting requirements contract. New York City Health + Hospitals reserves the right to award multiple vendors. Parts must be sold to New York City Health + Hospitals at the vendor acquisition cost.
