Description

The RFx will be accessible through the PASSPort Public Portal: https://passport.cityofnewyork.us/page.aspx/en/rfp/request_browse_public The New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC) intends to enter into one (1) requirements Contract for design-build program consulting and owner’s representative services for both Public Buildings and Infrastructure projects. Such services will be required in accordance with Task Orders issued by the Commissioner in accordance with the Form of Contract. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via Microsoft Teams.
