In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (“Parks”) is issuing, as of the date of this Notice, an RFP for the Renovation, Operation, and Maintenance of four (4) Marinas at Paerdegat Basin in the borough of Brooklyn.
There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on Monday, August 14, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. If you are considering responding to this RFP, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote proposer meeting. Subject to availability and by appointment only, we may set up a meeting at any of the four (4) marinas at Paerdegat Basin, Brooklyn. All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted no later than Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.
