Description

This 2nd Renewal is for the mainframe software product SAS, a fourth-generation language that provides the user access to complex statistical routines, as well as its own formatted data repository. These routines are used by the DoITT mainframe team to provide performance and capacity reports. These SAS reports keep track of CPU utilization, application throughout, and disk utilization and are critical in keeping the mainframe running efficiently and effectively to achieve optimal performance. In addition to DoITT, the following agencies utilize SAS in managing agency-specific applications: DCAS, DEP, DOE, DOF, DoHMH, HPD, HRA, PVB, Tax Commission.
