Description

The Vendor / Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment as required for the manufacture and complete delivery of all diffuser parts specified herein this Contract. All materials shall be delivered to DEP-BWT plants / facilities and be neatly stored within the Facilities at locations designated by the respective Plant Superintendents or their representatives. The Contractor shall provide all qualified labor and mobile high loader, crane or other equipment necessary with NYC licensed operator if necessary for the satisfactory delivery, and unloading. City equipment and labor shall not be provided in the loading or unloading of the equipment and parts.
