Description

In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (“Parks”) is issuing, as of the date of this notice, a significant Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the Operation and Maintenance of Programming, Events, or Other Services at Randall's Island Park, Manhattan. There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 12:00 pm. If you are considering responding to this RFP, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote proposer meeting. Subject to availability and by appointment only, we may set up a meeting at the proposed concession site, Icahn Stadium (Block #1819 & Lot #203), which is located at 10 Central Road New York, NY 10035.

Hard copies of the RFP can be obtained at no cos through Friday, September 8, 2023, by contacting Andrew Coppola, Senior Project Manager at (212) 360-3454 or at Andrew.Coppola@parks.nyc.gov. The RFP is also available for download through Friday, September 8, 2023, on Parks’ website.
