Project Description The City of New York (the “City”), through its Department of Housing Preservation and Development (“HPD”) in the Lead Admin project in HPDINFO will incorporate enhancements to processing of lead inspections, notice creation, certification, defect letters, contestation and monitoring of safe work practices 2.Required Services HPD has a need for experienced Contractors. These Contractors shall ensure each phase of software development life cycle delivers with quality outputs in accordance with the following deliverables required for Maintenance and Support for the below modules:

•Lead Certification

•Lead Abatement

•Contestation

•Notice of violation generation

•Administration Violation Removal

•Safe Work Practice Monitoring
