Description

This contract is for bathroom reconstruction at the Fort Washington Armory Residence. Under this contract, the vendor will provide renovation of all bathrooms on all floors including floor finishes, ceiling system, doors, wall finishes and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for the 1st and 2nd floor. The term for this contract will be 18 months.
