THIS BID (PIN 2024070703, SUPPLYING BALLISTIC HELMETS, BLANKET, AND SHIELDS IS BEING CANCELLED DUE TO REVISING SPECIFICATIONS.  A NEW BID WILL BE PUBLISHED ONCE THE NEW SPECIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN FINALIZED. Questions about this Invitation may be submitted in writing to bidsrfps@dany.nyc.gov with a copy to kayeb@dany.nyc.gov no later than July 13, 2023, by 12:00 p.m. Answers to all questions will be available as an addendum. Bids should be emailed only. Bids received after the bid due date and time are late and shall not be accepted by the Agency, except as provided under New York City's Procurement Policy Board Rules. The Agency/Department will consider requests made to the Contract Administrator to extend the bid due date and time prescribed above. However, unless the Agency issues a written addendum to this bid which extends the bid due date and time for all bidders, the bid due date and time prescribed above shall remain in effect.

It is the intention of the District Attorney's office of NY County that the amount awarded shall not exceed $60,000.00.
