NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2023, at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call.  Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, ACCESS CODE: 715 951 139.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Financial Information Services Agency and Office of Payroll Administration of the City of New York (“FISA-OPA”) and SAS Institute, Inc., located at 100 Sas Campus Drive, Cary, NC 27513, for the purchase of SAS and IMS Software Maintenance. The contract amount will be $493,284.39. The contract term shall be from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2026 with a one-year renewal option from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029.  CB 4, Manhattan.  PIN #: 127FY2400005.

 

The proposed contractor has been selected by Sole Source Procurement Method, pursuant to Section 3-05 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

 

A draft copy of the proposed contract is available for public inspection at the Office of FISA-OPA, 5 Manhattan West, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10001-2603 (between Ninth and Tenth Avenues), on business days, from July 10, 2023 through July 20, 2023, excluding Holidays, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Anyone who wishes to speak at this public hearing should request to do so in writing. The written request must be received by the Agency within five (5) business days after publication of this notice.
