IN THE MATTER OF one (1) proposed contract between the Administration for Children’s Services and Spark Learning for Organizations LLC, located at 202 Faro Avenue, Davis, CA, 95616, EPIN: #06823W0055001, in the amount of $130,000.00. The proposed contract is for Quality Measurement Framework Development Support, with a term of June 23, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
The proposed contractor has been selected by means of the M/WBE Small Purchase procurement method, pursuant to Section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
