Description

The New York State Office of Mental Health ("OMH) authorizes NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to allocate an annual amount of $258,131 to SCO Family of Services to support the continuation of services provided by the High-Fidelty Wraparound (HFW) program (code 2720) serving children in Brooklyn and the Bronx respectively. This authorization is for a 3-year term, January 1, 2023 - December 31, 2025, and includes an option to renew the contract for an additional three years.
