Construction Management Services for the Upgrade of Mersereau Avenue, Mayflower Avenue, and Richmond Avenue Pumping Stations This Request for Proposal (“RFx) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort.
